To receive a full refund* (less shipping charges), items must be returned within 14 days, in their original packaging and have at least all of the product remaining.

If returning a multi-pack of supplements only one package of the same group may be opened.
If you purchase a variety pack of supplements you can open one package of any single group of product and receive a refund as long as used are accounted for from time of purchase, use of days and each unique product is still present.
All returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before any refund or store credit will be issued.
Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Rejected returns are held for 7 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 7 days will be discarded.
*Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment once discussed and policy agreements are met.
